As a person with a lifelong interest in fitness I have tried all of the options that are out there. There are an overwhelming number of choices of gyms, diet and weight loss programs, and online personal training options. For me, and for you if you are looking to finally make positive health changes in your life ….. the only sustainable option is with Fitness Together in Bridgewater. At FT clients can expect programs tailored to their fitness levels and progress. As a longtime client I find that every new program my trainer, Steve, designs challenges me. At first I wonder if I can meet the challenge, but as sessions and weeks pass, I always do. Persistence helps, but I mostly credit Steve, because he is just so great at knowing what I can handle. I trust him to push me safely, and he always comes through.

I have been going to personal trainers for over 20 years. As my body ages, there are increasingly new aches and pains that need attention. I discovered that, rather than try to deal with them on my own, it's best to have someone who has been trained to deal with these aches and pains specifically. For example, this morning there are three specific pains that shot out as I made my bed. When I go into Fitness Together, the first thing the personal trainer will ask me is "How is your body?" She will immediately give me exercises to relieve those pains before embarking on the program she has designed for today. That's one thing I like about Fitness Together: the personalized attention that each personal trainer gives.
Another thing is that there are clients of all ages and though we have little contact with one another, usually just greeting one another as we are coming and going, everyone is happy to be there. It's almost like singing in a chorus, which is to say that even though I might feel miserable when I leave home, I always feel better when I walk in. Most importantly, I feel MUCH better when I walk out. Singing and exercising have that in common.
It will be 10 years in April that I've been going to Fitness Together. With their help, I'll be there another 10 years!

Well when I started this program I would have been lucky to walk 10 ft without falling.
After starting and getting trainer, I have been to Iceland and walked 4-6 miles every day.
I have built up mussel and losing some weight.
This facility is run by amazing manager (Erin) and Whitney who is also my trainer.
They love you and treat you like family, it’s so nice to know they care.

Each and every trainer is professional and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with a speedy recovery from a torn rotator cuff and bone spur surgery!
And in addition they are wonderful people, very friendly and fun!

I so appreciate the individually tailored plan and workouts. The seasions go by so quickly. I definitely wouldn’t have made the progress I have in strength, range of motion, and flexibility on my own. It is also very nice when people tell me they can see a difference in me.
I like how my trainer works with me. I'm not a random member in a class, my program is tailored to MY goals and challenges.
FT in Belmont provides a wonderful fitness experience. The trainers are great, attentive, and helpful. Most importantly that have real professional expertise. The initial evaluation is thorough and sets the stage for a data based individualized fitness program. I have really appreciated the Pack group workouts. They are efficient and effective. I recommend FT in Belmont without hesitation.

Every trainer I've worked with at Fitness Together has been knowledgable, dedicated and inspirational. When I've had back, shoulder or hip issues, they've been better than my PT doctor at helping me with functional exercises and stretches. But most importantly, I look forward to my workouts every week. They're always different , challenging, and fun!
