Workouts are fun, but you can’t beat how you feel afterwards. I’ve never been someone “addicted” to working out, but I’d miss my sessions if I couldn’t do it. Fantastic consistancy and results!
I like how personal the training is and how Sarah knows every muscle in the body and has such a great understanding of human anatomy.

The parking situation has become impossible now that so much of the garage is reserved for other tenants. When I arrive in plenty of time and can’t park, I still get charged for a full session when I arrive “late” after I’ve spent over 20 minutes in the garage and then finding parking elsewhere. I don’t appreciate the waste of my time and money and failure to address this issue. I can’t recommend a studio where people can’t park and it causes significant stress.

Everything. The trainers are great. Always engaged and friendly. The facility is convenient to get to. The equipment is top quality.
Optimal pairing of client with trainer and personalized attention, mindful of client's age and any physical limitations. Instead of the usual "ugh," I look forward to my sessions and always feel better afterwards, physically and mentally.

Good coaches, great communication, excellent service!
Great place for a work out. It's clean, well lit and the instructors are great. They are very flexible when I have to change my day because of travel. I have a few issues and I have to be careful to avoid further injury. My trainer does a great job modifying some exercises and also takes the time to explain why and how my issues affect my workout.
