Individual, adaptive instruction
The trainers are very friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. They create an individualized plan that helps clients achieve their stated fitness and health goals. FT Medfield is a supportive and encouraging environment and my husband and I are very happy with the results from working with them.

The staff is very caring and will accommodate any changes needed. They are upbeat and inspiring. You come as you are, there’s no pressure. I always look forward to my sessions and feel accomplished afterwards. I’ve been to so many gyms and worked with many trainers. Family Fitness Beverly has been the best for my needs.
You can't beat the personal attention by Billy, Aaron and Rob. They have your goals in mind at all times.
Tailored exercise regime to what you really need to become physically fit in spite of certain physical limitations.....also a 45 minute session plus 10 minute cardio...feels just about right for twice a week and then more on your own....lots of varity of exercises taught....
Great trainers who are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job stretching at the end. The trainers are friendly, hold me accountable, and help me achieve my goals — and I feel they care about me as a person.

I like the individualized attention and goal setting. I hurt my back on vacation and my trainer has helped me by creating workouts that do not cause pain and are rebuilding my strength. It’s important to understand that training is different for everyone and at Fitness Together you get the attention and focus you need.
The trainers push me to do my best. I have lost weight, I feel incredible and I look amazing!
I like how the program is uniquely tailored to each client’s individual abilities and goals (we are not all doing the same routines.) I like how the staff pushes me just enough to feel like I am making progress but not so much that I feel like I am in over my head. And I like the flexibility to schedule sessions at different times and with different trainers.
I know that at age 60 that I am late to the idea of being fit and healthy. But after a few months with the FT staff’s guidance, I do feel like this is actually achievable.
Love the way they work together to put a workout program for you and work hard to get you to your goals.
The trainers. Brian showed me (an old, overweight woman with a poor history of working out) how supportive and genuine a trainer could be with his open, nonjudgmental, good-humored intro sessions. Then BJ became my trainer and showed me that the approach was not limited to Brian. BJ was friendly, encouraging, and most important to me, very casually gave me the ability to see myself as someone capable and who belonged in the gym space. Thurmond trains by husband and is an ideal match, smart and easygoing and challenging in the exact way husband wants.. I love working with every trainer there, and get to when they seamlessly cover for each other's necessary absences. I've been with BJ for 2 years now, which blows my mind! And I still enjoy my sessions, am more motivated than ever, stronger than ever, and hope to keep going for a long time.

“This is my 15th year with Fitness Together (11 in NJ and 4 in Ca). If you are on the fence about investing in a personal trainer, I can't recommend Fitness Together highly enough! It's just not a place to work out; it's a place where you build sustainable healthy habits with expert guidance and motivation. It's a welcoming and professional environment, it's not intimidating, with other members being friendly and all the trainers seem to genuinely care about every person there.
Thanks to Kyle and the team at Fitness Together Dana Point, Ca, I have not only lost 15 pounds over the years but also gained noticeable muscle. But the remarkable thing is that I have more energy, better posture, and I actually look forward to my workouts!!”

I enjoy my workouts with Andy! I feel like I get a good workout and he keeps it interesting each time. I like the variety of exercise exercises and I feel like I get a good workout!
The personal training is fantastic. Every trainer gets to know your needs and goals and develops plans based on that. They are all wonderful and knowledgeable, and truly feel like family. I have been a member for almost four years and have seen lots of changes to both my physical abilities and confidence. The clients work hard, meet goals and make friends-the best of all worlds.
I love the privacy of my workout. I love that my workout is tailored to fit my needs and goals. I like the way my trainer Kel pushes me. Just because it's Friday does not mean he is going to make things easy for me. I have learned to NEVER say that was easy. If I do then he really kicks my butt. Fitness Together and Kel has given me a new perspective on life. The only person standing in my way was myself.

Fantastic Trainer and Facility
My wife and I train together, and working with Vaughn has been a great experience. He tailors each session to our goals, challenges us to push just a bit further, and helps us track our progress over time. He strikes the right balance of support and motivation.
The facility is incredibly convenient for us. It’s always clean, the equipment is high-quality and well-maintained, and the layout allows us to stay focused without feeling crowded. The atmosphere is personal, not overwhelming — perfect for productive workouts.
The results speak for themselves: we’ve both gained muscle, lost some weight, feel stronger, and are fitting into our clothes more comfortably. Most importantly, we just feel healthier overall.
Highly recommend both Vaughn and the gym to anyone looking for a focused, results-driven training experience.
The trainers are all very qualified and are great to work with. They adjust the workouts for any limitations you may have. But the workouts are always challenging and so work the money and the efforts. This is a really good workout facility.they care about their clients.
Dalton at the Newtonville location is awesome! He pushes us, but also listens if we need to change things up one week. My husband’s back was bothering him one week, so Dalton had us do stretching exercises targeting his back that week.
I also like the flexibility. We have regularly scheduled sessions, and if there’s an opening at another time that works better for us, we can move our session that week.
