This studio is the opposite of a big box gym. They have three well-equipped rooms for one-on-one personal training where you, or you and a friend, can do strength training with a trainer. There is also a common area with cardio equipment that you can use on your own. The trainers are formally trained, usually with degrees in kinesiology. They are great - warm, caring, knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. They plan your workouts, adapting and modifying to your particular needs. I've been going for eight years. As a woman in my late 60s, I'm grateful for all how they've helped me become fit and strong, plus not have any sign of bone density loss! I enjoy coming here and always feel better after my workouts.
Love walking in and feeling like you’re a welcomed part of the “gym”, though I know that I’ll receive excellent one-on-one guidance. The workouts are tailored to me and the staff is really enthusiastic and knowledgeable! Love having different trainers during the week!

In my experience, your service is impeccable in all regards! My trainer keeps my workouts challenging but doable and also fun, which is what I want. The facility is spotless and well equipped. All the staff is encouraging and friendly. For what more could I ask?!
Workouts are always varied and targeted to my goals. My personal trainer is very knowledgeable and ensures I am doing the exercises properly. She is also very personable and a pleasure to work with.

The trainers and managers listen to your goals for fitness. The last session was really good. I learned some new exercises to strengthen my right ankle.
Trainers are excellent and well qualified. They make sure the exercises have the right level of exertion without being too strenuous. After my workouts, I am pleasantly tired without being exhausted and/or sore. Most trainers I have had push too hard too fast. This is much more ideal. They also help with stretching. Overall I am very pleased with the services provided.

Overall, my experience has been quite positive so far. All of the trainers are friendly and Kristine put together a solid A-B-C program for me. In addition, Robin is always responsive and she's also willing to accommodate scheduling requests whenever possible. There are, however, some improvements I would like to see.
1) My session should always start on time. I am literally paying for every minute, so even a 2-3 minute delay is costing me, literally. This means my chart should be pulled in advance so that when a trainer has another client immediately prior, there is no time lost finding and then reviewing my chart. At work, I often have back-to-back meetings, so I have to prepare in advance. Training should be no different. If my session must start late, it should end late as well.
2) Mirrors are needed in the main workout area. Clients should be able to see their own form vs. solely relying on the trainer to correct it, especially since some trainers pay more attention to this than others.
3) One or two leg machines with weights for hamstring curls, leg extensions, abductors, and adductors, would be incredibly beneficial in addition to dumbbells, resistance bands, and the bar.
4) The fans around the facility are very dusty, thus most can't be used. I don't know if the studio is regularly cleaned, but if not, it should be, and if so, the fans should be included.

Nice trainers
My wife and work out together and FT works with both of us at the same time for the same price! All of the trainers are friendly and funny, and they challenge us every week. The improvements we have seen in our fitness in the six months we have been working with them are fantastic!
The trainers are all very nice and welcoming. They are there to help you with building strength both mentally and physically. Without question, I would recommend Fitness Together to friends and family.

Kevin Pitts is the best trainer!! He is a master at creating a challenging and safe workout program for my aging body! He is always very positive and encouraging. He is very knowledgeable on nutrition and how the body works. Kevin is an excellent listener and concerned about my overall well-being.

The trainers were great, but I feel like what I got was not worth the money. If you're going to have monthly promos on your website, you need to have better communication about it amongst your team. Blaming it on your staff is poor management.

I came to regular fitness workouts after retirement. I joined Fitness Together and they invited me to challenge myself to rebuild muscles, balance, mental and physical health and fitness. After three years there are still days when I ache, but I now understand this is good growth and rebuilding of ignored muscles in legs, core and upper body. Coaching is gentle but firm. Instruction is simple, clear with hints to avoid any kind of injury. My experience with FT has been so positive. One of the top best decisions in my life and research shows staying active as we age provides extraordinary health benefits. Dalton is the best!
