After decades of ignoring our overall fitness, we (a couple in our 70s) decided to make it a priority in retirement, but needed guidance on how to do it safely and without injury. Adam and the other trainers are focused on how to tailor our workouts for optimal functional fitness, changing things up as needed when physical issues of aging pop up. They've helped us come back from hip replacements and other issues with expert care and good humor. We recently made a physically demanding trip to Colorado, and realized we were in much better shape than when we last made the trip, seven years younger! We highly recommend Fitness Together in Natick.

I wish there was something more than a 10 that I could give Fitness Together Burlington. They not only help you be your best physically but care about your emotional well-being as well. It all ties in together and Fitness Together knows that. In the past year, I’ve also added in the nutrition program and it has been a game changer. this 55-year-old body has had the challenges of menopause to deal with and I feel stronger (and lighter!!) can I have in years! Everyone of the trainers there are invested in your goals. I am grateful beyond measure.

I have been going to Fitness Together in Arlington for several years, I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is welcoming and clean, and the staff are great. I am the type of person that doesn’t like to exercise, but the trainers here are wonderful and work with you to keep you motivated and attain your goals. They have helped me to lose 35 pounds. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, it has been life changing for me, and you can’t put a price on good health.

My trainers are a suspicious mix of kindness and evil genius. They somehow manage to keep me focused, even though my natural instinct is to wander off and lie down. They push me right to the edge of my limits, and then somehow convince me I can do three more reps or add in more weight— which I always regret until the moment I leave, when I’m actually glad I went (ugh, the betrayal). Sometimes pushing myself is my idea, which I also find suspicious; am I being hypnotized?
They’re patient, they check in constantly on how my body feels (“burning” and “plotting revenge” are common answers), and they somehow manage to stay down-to-earth while orchestrating my slow, controlled demise via lunges.
They get me. They really do. Which is exactly the problem.
10/10 — would complain again next week.

I've been going to FT for 3 years. In that time my strength, balance and general movement has noticeably improved, and for my age when I started (80) they weren't bad. Still, to feel I'm actually improving as I age is a good feeling. Many thanks to my trainer, Leigh.
Trainers are professional, listen to our goals, and construct an appropriate program to help us reach those goals.
I can’t say enough about how JT has helped deal with my back issues and POTS and come up with a comprehensive plan for strength and recovery while keeping my weight loss goals in mind.
I like the trainers commitment to me, focusing on my strengths while working on my limitations. I find working with different trainers is a positive aspect. Each trainer has a different approach, and I have found it positive to develop a rapport with each of the trainers.
