Overcharged by $1700.00 from stated maximum cost. Poor packing used more supplies than necessary and left us with 5 loads to move on our own. Their solution was to charge us even more to repack truck to fit everything that was improperly packed in the first place. Unpacked just enough to fill table and counter and left us with over 40 boxes to unpack ourselves. Smashed glass in Thomasville trifold maple dresser and broke 3 shelf unit. At 75 I am hard pressed to take them for estimate for repairs. VERY DISSATISFIED
