Everyone was very professional, helpful and great on the phone, but the actual move itself had too many accidents during the drive and while unloading in Morro Bay -- the firepit was dropped and damaged, the TV frame was cracked, the elliptical machine was also damaged and the movers kept using a path through the yard rather than the driveway -- just a few things that lead to some frustration. They were prompt and moved quickly -- maybe the focus on speed led to the damage. The process to get reimbursed for some of the damage took a little too long.

The service was easy to schedule (the phone was answered by a person, not a machine), the movers were friendly and knew what they were doing (though I was surprised that they did not wear face coverings), and they worked quickly and efficiently. I liked paying in advance for the one hour service.
