Meathead movers are the best! They provide excellent service, care for my 'stuff' and have a positive, professional attitude. They arrive at your home on time, immediately get to work and get it done.

The services were amazing from Callie my call rep to Omar and Gabriel the movers. I like how Callie was sweet and patient with me. She also explained the process very well and I felt guided and that there was no stress. The men were great too, they brought positive energy and were kind as well. They were also patient with me when arranging my living room and bedroom. I felt like they cared and wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result. Another thing was every time I called to reschedule, the reps who answered the phone were all kind to me. Lastly, I would say that my stuff was handled with care and everyone who assisted me made my move go smoothly without stress. The only thing that happened during my move was one of my dressers that is an antique lost one of its legs like it must of happened on the road and it cracked and fell off. The men apologized but it was precious to me, other than that everything went well.

Service was good; it's just that I'm missing one of the caster wheels from my file cabinet, and two white-painted shelves from a white bookshelf. I have realized that we really fell down when it came to labeling the forty cardboard boxes.

The service was outstanding! My movers were so courteous and so considerate. I am handicapped and they were so kind and patient with me. Extremely professional and they always kept me up to date on any price increase due to extra time needed to move me completely. I truly had a wonderful experience moving and I never thought I’d say that, ever! Thank you so much for making this move so effortless and stress free! The two guys that did the move were very nice and professional. They did a great job.
Both movers were very efficient. The lead mover met with me ahead time. Together, we confirmed the items being moved. I really enjoyed the dismantling of the headboard and how items were carefully cared for. There were a few items that were blanketed and wrapped.
The time was honored as promised. 1, 2 , 3! Literally, before I knew everything was outside and in the truck. And they went, most of the items were placed in a garage except my mattress, a small bookshelf and small desk.
It was well worth the money. And, because I was just directing and movers doing there part, it worked out great!
The customer service from initial call and set up was great. The notifications along the way to prepare were also good. The people you sent out were nice. The problem was the packers job. They were worried about garment boxes as their truck was too small and we really didn't need or use many. However, we used more than the allotment of other boxes and paper they brought. I was told a group of about 15 small boxes had nothing but candles in them...all individually wrapped with a full sheet of paper. Maybe that's how the entire job should go but they ran out. They did not report the fact that they had not only used more boxes, for which we were charged, but that a good portion of the job was left to be packed. I thought that was for the next team to pick up but they had no boxes and no paper. So, I had to rent a UHaul, get boxes and paper, and pack the job myself. It took me a day and another trip back and forth to the new house, which is 3 hours away. My wife had to drive separately to direct the loaders while I did this and then I had to unpack the load myself, return the UHaul, and clean up the house before we were finished. I was also charged more by the loaders because we did have more pictures and weren't able to sell a couple pieces of furniture we had to bring. I was charged over $650 extra for that and you refunded me $250, the max I was told I could get. Actually I was told $200 but $250 covered the truck I rented so that CSR gave me the extra $50. If you put in an entire day of work, went and got boxes and paper and drove 130 miles one way would you charge more than $250? I think so. Not happy.

We had issues with the packers. The movers were great. We had planned on phoning you and still intend to after the new year. Also, your customer service rep, Michelle, was excellent.
Everyone was very respectful and thorough. They wrapped everything expertly to prevent any damage. The team was quick and hard working. I couldn’t be happier and have been recommending Meathead to everyone I know.
I have used Meat Head Movers on multiple occasions. They are extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely use Meat Head again in another move. With that being said, we did realize after the move that two smaller items broke during the move which was a bummer. Additionally, I think it would be helpful if someone called the day before the move and went through any additional items needed to add to the inventory. I filled out the form a few weeks prior and a couple additional items needed to be moved by the time move day came around. When the movers arrived they said they weren't sure if they could move those items because they were not on the list, but when I booked the move, I was told I could add/change if needed. I think a call the day before to list any additional items that have come up would be helpful because not everyone knows everything they are moving weeks in advance. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would use Meat Head movers again. It's on the expensive side as far as movers go, but it's worth the efficiency and care of the items.
