It’s quite expensive. That’s not any employee’s fault, and I understand the way the world works. But that’s what I would tell most friends about the company first. The moving staff was extremely nice and pleasant. The customer service reps were mostly accurate in their guidance and very polite.
Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Colin and Gavin were really great with handling the furniture. They wasted no time and kept working until the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Meatheads to anyone that needed movers.

Did it all - moved, packed and put things not coming with us in the dumpster. Everyone was agreeable and worked really hard and fast.

Everything was great the guys were fun & knew what they were doing.
This is the 1st time that we hired this company to do a long mileage move for a family member. They came in with knowledge and packed these precious belongings so they could safely travel over those smooth California roadways without incident. They physically ran to each spot, loaded the item, and repeated so many times. We just kind of sat in amazement.
They came on time after contacting us to verify time, and did the same the next day when the
truck reached our destination to unload.
Great personalities, and that goes for the office and initial setup staff.

Jordan and Karsten...were awesome. Absolute professionals. I received a call notifying me they were en route. They showed up on time. Went directly to work. They were kind, courteous, and well trained in their duties. The arrival paperwork was explained simply and clearly. The whole process was like a well oiled machine but with genuine positive energy throughout. Once the loading was complete, they headed out to my new home. I met them there and the unloading began. Without hesitation they volunteered to take a side door off its hinges as my friend who was supposed to do it got delayed. Once complete, it made the unloading and transfer of items up one flight of stairs much simpler. They completed the process quickly, placing items as I directed. Before I knew it we were done. The final paperwork and payment was processed. I was truly grateful for a job well done. I would highly recommend Meathead Movers to handle any move large or small, near or far. From beginning to end, from my first call to moving day, they were true professionals and provided excellent customer service. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Once I got to speak to a real person the service was great. The online sign on boarding was so bad I started calling other movers. Terrible first impression. The person who i spoke with and both movers were great. Helpful professional

Several pieces of our furniture have been damaged. We just had the walls if our new place painted, which I told the movers, but there are several large black scuffs on the walls anyway. In addition your company’s policy of itemizing literally every single item to move is insane - there’s no way anyone can perfectly itemize everything. We were told as much by the movers. It meant they sat around waiting for your head office to approve the new list for over an hour, delaying our entire move. We will never use your service again considering the cost.

Perfect execution of the basics!
Movers (Grant and Hector) showed up not wearing masks. I asked them to put on masks and they didn't have any with them. They said "no one told us we needed to wear them" (It's the law! In addition to and compliance with the the county requirements, surely your company requires all employees wear masks at your facilities and in people's homes!?) I had to dig through my packed boxes to find extra masks to provide them myself.
Did not bring any wardrobe boxes as promised, so I had to move my clothes myself in my car.
I was not told in advance that there would be additional charges for mattress bags, which your representative offered me over the phone. I was not told in advance there would be a charge to ME to insure YOU against YOUR damaging my things.
Mover put clipboard directly on my very-scratchable dining room table. I had to tell him to put it on the kitchen counter instead.
Movers blasted loud music; I had to tell them to turn it off to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.
Some blankets used to cover my furniture were dirty, so furniture was dirty when it arrived in my new home.
