Our movers were efficient, hard working, and were able to problem solve and adapt to a variety of situations. I am still waiting to hear back about a grease stain on my mattress, which happened when the mattress cover the movers put on, ripped. I am certain the situation will be remedied.

Better train your student athletes. When we moved in 2021 the two student athletes that moved us were very professional. They safe guarded the entry doors and wrapped up all pieces of furniture. When placing items in the truck the students were running/hassling. This time around it was different, no safeguards and did not wrap all furniture. My refrigerator was scratched because it was not wrapped and the entry door to the apartment was scratched when they pulled the refrigerator because it was not safeguarded.

Your movers put a 15 ft gash in my new construction flooring while moving my treadmill into my home. The treadmill was discussed in length when setting up the move. I was told 4 movers would be adequate to get this heavy treadmill moved into my home. This is why I hired the 4 movers. But when it came time to actually move the treadmill, only 2 movers decided to try and muscle this treadmill into the house. So instead of carrying the machine, they slid it across the floor. They put a furniture pad between the floor and machine, but this pad failed to protect the floor. When I pay over $1000.00 for a little over 2 hours worth of work from professional movers, I expect them to understand how to navigate challenging pieces of furniture without doing major damage. I will file a claim and nothing short of full compensation of the repair will be acceptable. Name removed
