The men who came to pack the day before our move were the kindest, sweetes,t and they were incredibly productive and helpful. They came in with a no problem attitude to help us pack. We were behind in getting things packed due to illness and an ER visit. They felt like the cavalry coming to save the day.

At first, I wasn't looking to have help offloading the 15-foot Uhaul truck once arriving at my destination, but as my arrival neared and thought about storing my things with the help of my spouse, I was happy for Meatheads service. My whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the user-friendly app and person-to-person phone calls, I received all the information needed to know the costs and the kind of help I'd have during the hours of off-loading my things into a storage unit. Communication was on point, and I always felt my things were in good hands. I'd highly consider Meatheads for future moving needs.

Meatheads contract was clear. They did what they promised. Moving the upright piano safely was a big concern of ours - safety for the workers and the piano, and did well on both counts.

The administrative end is a bit confusing. There are multiple quotes. It would be nice to get a final receipt emailed to the person managing the quotes, not just a hard copy.
After reviewing the move, and surveillance camera recordings, we are not happy. They did not efficiently pack the truck, seeming to purposely leave some very heavy items to the end and saying the wouldn’t fit, while packing lightweight items first, never ran while empty handed, stood around quite a bit (extending our move time), did not cover our laminate flooring with ram board, ran over and destroyed a sago palm with the truck when leaving our house (even though an easier exit was offered). And after further inspection, we noticed that some furniture items were not wrapped in plastic before moving and were scraped and scratched. We want a credit for some at least 1 hour for wasted time (ring and other surveillance camera footage can be provided as proof if you’d like) and reimbursement for the damaged sago palm.
Getting a quote was very easy and they sent an email outlining the costs. They were very courteous and efficient. They went over my moving list several times and made sure I understood all the charges before they began he day off the move. I would use them again.
