I have used your company several times for different moves. Each team that comes out has been respectful of my belongings and there has never been damage. I had to use some "other" company in a different state and the amount of damage was overwhelming! They broke or damaged multiple pieces of furniture. There was a total lack of respect for me and my items. Your company and movers have always treated me and my belongings with the utmost care. I understand some of it is just stuff, but some of those things came to me from my deceased mother, grandmothers and sister... they may be "stuff" to someone else but I always appreciate that your company treats it with such respect!

From the first phone contact through to the sign-off after the move, Meathead Movers is without peer. You are (as Tina Turner would say!) "simply the best."
Specifics: Tone and attention to detail in planning (Callie); genuine effort to meet my needs rather than forcing my schedule to meet yours; friendliness, respect, speed, and skill of the movers themselves. Solid follow-through at each phase. I especially appreciated this time (this is my 6th move with you) the care Anson and Andres took with several very old pieces and several fragile pieces. Anson even explained to me how future Meathead movers would know from the way he wrapped and taped a mirror which side was glass. They showed care and creativity in placing the items in the storage unit -- the opposite of the "just get it all in there" attitude some movers might take.
I'll sleep better tonight having this move behind me and knowing it was done well. Many thanks!
Dependable and friendly, easy to work with

The team came in very unprofessional. They were half fast on taking care of my belongings. They did not wrap many things. Most importantly they shattered my $8000 bed it is now not repairable. I had a nervous break down cried hysterical in front of the whole team and one of the guys named Freddy was making fun of me. I screamed at him because I was in hysterics and he literally was harassing me and calling me names and I called Newport Beach police on him to be escorted off my property. I spoke with Diego and at first he was very unresponsive and defensive but he realized how upset I was and how negligent this team was with my very personal belongings he calmed down and was able to talk with me at length. I even called him a second time just crying because I was so emotionally distraught and upset and I couldn’t handle the pain of this bed now being broken that meant so much to me and has sentimental value. The bed got onto the truck fine but again was not wrapped which I can’t understand why it wouldn’t be wrapped because we told him that that was the most expensive piece in the house and that they needed to take extra care of it. That did not happen at all clearly. They had my daybed in the truck again unwrapped and the headboard was not tied down properly in the truck and it fell over onto my daybed and shattered completely. I will be filing a claim with the insurance company and I will have to go to small claims court if Needed. I hope what happened to me never happens to anybody else that uses your service but let me be clear I will never use the service again after using you guys for six years straight. C just the simple fact that I had to call Newport Beach State police on one of the workers named Freddie is just a palling and never in my wildest dreams have I ever called the cops on anyone. My dad is a 9/11 survivor Fdny and I respect the badge tremendously and I would never waste a cops time and take them away from something more important but I literally felt unsafe and I did not want this gentleman back in My Home or in my new home so the move had to end. They came back the next day with a new team and the new team was much better. But what I went through on Monday I hope once again nobody ever goes through. I will be seeking reparations .

Everyone in the office was so nice and helped me plan the move so easily, and the movers were incredible. They were so nice, so professional, they were fast and accommodating.
I would recommend Meathead to anyone looking for a mover, and although I hate moving and hope I don't have to any time soon, when I do it will be Meathead.

I started using your services in 2004, you are very reliable and responsible and I've never had a problem with anything lost or broken and you guys have moved me from slo county to the Central valley and back again. The last time I used your services before today, was in 2016. you guys are awesome, I will always recommend you. Today I saw Carlos and Brandon and they did a fantastic job. They were courteous and well-knowledged and they knew what they were doing. Thanks again you guys are so amazing I'll be seeing you in the near future with more moving adventures LOL have a great day.

The movers did a good job. We had more trouble with the whole inventory process. When we tried to add stuff to the list of what we were moving, it didn't work. The computer program probably has a glitch.

The movers were great, however, for the amount of money I spent I just expected the process to go faster especially since there were 10 movers. The last box had my 40 year old China in it and something happened and my China was broken. Thankfully it was 16 dishes and not the entire 17 place setting. A credit was given but I now have to make the effort to acquire the broken pieces. I had asked for the movers to start at 9 am however , the movers showed up at 10:15. They took 5 hours to finish up the packing of the trucks. By the time I got to my final destination it was 9 o’clock pm. I’m not sure I would recommend your company.
