Meathead Movers are on time. They provide efficient service. They are careful not to damage your furniture, floors or door facings in your home. The crews are courteous and listen to your instructions.

They were awesome in every way
I scheduled move far plenty of time in advance to find the right mover. It was a small move that everything to be moved was being stored in 10x10 storage. I notified the service technician that I had a large massage chair. In fact when I was asked what’s the heaviest item I said the elliptical but the massage chair is bulky and harder to move. When I showed the mover the massage chair in beginning he said he had never moved one of these chairs and didn’t give me the confidence that he could or would figure it out. Both movers seemed like pleasant young men but neither seemed experienced both in moving the furniture or packing the items in storage unit. In fact this same massage chair has been moved out of 3 houses by three other moving companies. My husband who has a bad back was on floor trying to show them how to disassemble so it was flatter but neither seemed to have the interest or confidence to figure out the problem. I called and spoke w I believe Rick who was a supervisor, explained the situation and was told I would receive a return call which I didn’t receive a return call from anyone. They reduced the price for one hour of time my husband was on floor trying to help them figure it out and the time they spent problem solving (not long or well) but an hour taken off my bill and the suggestion by the movers to hire other movers and spend morney on another move to do what I scheduled, planned and paid for today is totally unacceptable. My husband is mad the chair is still there and now I have to start all over again to find a new mover to move what your company couldn’t move that three other moving companies have moved and was notified in advance of the move of the bulky item. Would you be satisfied and refer this company? How can you make this right? That is my question to you?

Unpacking, breaking down boxes and hauling packing materials and trash away. Helpful workers that were very attentive to my requests.
Jose and David were terrific. They were literally jogging while loading and unloading my stuff. They were super friendly and packed the truck so efficiently. Can't say enough about what a good experience it was.
Caiden and Jorgan were terrific. We were moving my sister-in-law to the assistant living at the Villages.
It was a very emotional time and they were very kind and efficient. The move went very smoothly and all her possessions were handled very well.

When getting my quote the representative didn’t tell me that your company doesn’t move the sealed can goods and sealed liquids in my kitchen. The only packing that needed to be completed was my kitchen and I have to transport half of it by myself. Doesn’t show me that you are a full service moving company. The packers were very nice however.
Overall the service was very good. However, the cost for a minor, local move taking 2 people just 3 hours was over $ 500. I thought the paper work was excessive. The movers were very efficient and courteous but failed to mention an issue when re-assembling the wall unit. (A missing bolt and minor alignment issue).
It might be a good idea to add a ratchet set to the tools they carry.

Alex and Dominicc were awesome! They arrived a few minutes early, started moving furniture within minutes, and finished loading up my truck much earlier than I expected. During the entire process, Alex made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and both were very careful with all of our furniture. I would 100% hire them again!
You keep the customer informed. Your on time. Whatever is being moved is nicely protected. Meathead is just a really nice company to do business with!
