The movers were friendly, fast and efficient. Very professional. It was my first time using a moving company but certainly not my last. Highly recommended Meathead Movers!!
Charging my credit card after the job was done and more than I was quoted . You are already VERY expensive compared to other movers. I really needed this small job done quickly. I was prepared to thank you and then I was told you were going to charge my card $145 more. Garrett had told me the extra would be waved…he put me on hold to clear it with his supervisor. It was a total of 45 minute local move for one item. Now I feel obligated to warn people about you. The only help you can give me is to refund the $145 as you said originally.
Meathead was great from start to finish. The initial call clearly laid out costs and an inventory of what was being moved. The movers, Joe and Gabe, were professional and quick in getting everything together.

I have used Meathead a number of times. I alway found them to have integrity. Of course I never had them ruin art work & a wine fridge, they always treaded every item with extraordinary care. Not this time. What was much worse they took the word of an employee at my expense. One of the team chose to be dishonest. I am hurt and angry. One problem was valuing haste over being careful. I don’t want another “learned” meaningless “I am truly sorry”.
The art has now lost it’s value. The wine fridge is not fixable.. I paid for insurance. Now the insurance review process is said to be completed in 90 days. Unfortunately, I know my documentation is weak. However, I still believe what I asked for was completely reasonable. I have highly recommended Meathead many times. I will not again. This has been a very stressful experience. No one else should have to go through this from my recommendation.
They were professional, courteous, hard working and excellent.

Very easy from first phone call to signing paperwork once everything was moved into the new place. Everything was exceptional every step of the way. I personally felt it was affordable, but if someone were to say it was too expensive for some reason i would respond with say it is well worth it. Really great service and experience.
