GREAT MOVERS!
Your packers showed up unprepared and without enough packing material. They had to use our supplies and then there was nothing deducted for using our supplies. They misplaced my tape-gun and then just sort of threw up their hands as if 'oh well'. Like it was my responsibility to find them. When I told them we would have to back charge them to replace them, they were then suddenly able to find the missing tape gun. Also, when packing up the bedding, one of the packers was irritated to have to remove the bedding and wanted me to do the work for her. I was less than impressed and very disappointed in the attitude and treatment by your employees.
One guy was fast and knew what he was doing. The other guy was slow. He dragged his feet walking. Then couldn’t get part of my couch inside my new place. I paid $1205 and I don’t even have my whole couch.
The guys where great, My mother lived for 94 years and used you all, many times. Thank you from are mother.
Movers were patient and kind
The team of movers who moved a 355 bathroom vanity cabinet to our upstairs master bedroom were so great! Philip led the three-man team with such professionalism! He's going places! He definitely knew what he was doing and instructed the team with courtesy and wisdom. They got that up some steep stairs in 30 minutes. We couldn't have been happier! The four young men who came to move us had all they needed to move our piano and other items safely out of the house and into the truck. They were careful and cautious with all our boxes etc. and especially our fragile items. They were very proficient in the way they placed the boxes and piano etc. into our storage unit. Also, Ramon, Anthony, Jose and Noah were very kind and polite and made moving a joy!

Affordable, even though it was a remote location. Customer service was excellent. Very clear on the procedure. No surprise or hidden charges. Would definitely recommend to others

The movers broke a piece of my furniture and then they stopped all moving to call the office. I said hey let's move everything and maybe we can resolve this at the end I didn't really want to be billed for time for them to discuss how they broke a piece of my furniture.
Then at the end of the move the lead mover sat in the truck for 15 minutes while I wanted to just relax. Then he came over and said to me I could either file a claim with their insurance which is a long drawn out process or they could resolve it with a discount right now. I asked him how much of a discount and he said I don't know what do you want. I asked him if I could have time to think about it and he said no you give me a number right now or you have to deal with insurance.
Everyone knows what a pain insurances to deal with so I just blurted out a number because I was stressed and wanted the ordeal to be. He said then he had to call the warehouse and let me know. I waited another 20 minutes with them blocking the road hoping to just be done and they said okay fine we'll give you the $200 off you.
before all that they tried to tell me my couches wouldn't fit through the door yet somehow they came in through that same door. They definitely wasted a lot of time trying to fit things through the smaller door when they had a bigger one available to them. Additionally they did not run which I don't even care about it this point
We moved more than half our belongings to storage as we are in temporary housing so it required some extra effort. We tried to be organized and label things but packing was haphazard, with parts of the same items going to different boxes and sometimes delivered to different locations. They packed some items clearly labeled "condo" into boxes and marked the boxes "storage" and vice versa. A lampshade arrived with no lamp, our flatware tray arrived with no flatware. They wrapped a glass piece that tops a trunk loosely in a pad even though we pointed out that could be placed inside that same trunk. Of course it arrived in pieces. They will reimburse us but it was avoidable. They delivered about 10 boxes to our condo that should have been sent to storage.
We complained about the missing items which we needed and Temecula promptly sent a crew to go though our storage unit and they helped us find them all. We very much appreciate that! Nearly everything in the unit needed to be moved and it was a lot of heavy lifting.
Everyone we have dealt with has been super polite and respectful.
THEY WORK VERY HARD and professionally try hard to make your move as smooth as possible. they pay attention to detail; and listened to all my concerns!
The company was very thorough from the first phone call to get an estimate to the final walk-through and payment breakdown at the end. The boys were very professional, on time, extremely fast and very pleasant to work with. All my stuff got packed up and put back together beautifully. I move a lot and will be using this company again for sure!

The two individuals who moved our heavy dining room furniture on 2/9/22 from a second floor level to the garage were very professional, polite, efficient, very careful in wrapping the furniture, as well as adding padded protection of the stairway. They completed the task in less time that was allocated and offered to move anything else that was needed while on site. I would recommend Meathead Movers to anyone needing moving assistance of any type.
You guys were super accommodating with me, considering I didn't have a car and had to Uber to both places. Super professional and respectful. Will definitely hire again.
