The athletes killed it. I will probably be setting up our next move with them!!! I have never felt like our "stuff" was in such good hands. If they can move 500+ lbs in 1 item... they can handle anything. By far the best experience. Thank you 100%
The men we worked with today were very helpful, cooperative and wanted to please us. They worked safe, hard and with concern for our motorhome and selves and time. Don't loose these guys, they speck well of the company.
Customer service is outstanding, Michelle provided us with clear info on scheduling the packing and loading. She went out of her way to help us when the packing was completed. Also the packing crew did a very good job.
The guys were SO polite and worked so hard and efficiently!! This service is worth every penny!! I am disabled and they made absolutely sure that everything was placed where I wanted it and they even took some furniture down to my dumpster for me. I live upstairs so this was not easy for them. They were also VERY careful with my Grandmas stuff that they were moving. Great customer service too when you call the office

I was told and paid for 3 movers and only 2 came. I called customer service, who seemed very annoyed and was told a manager would call me. No one did. I won’t use you again and will certainly let others know
Jacob and Jonah came all the way from BAKERSFIELD. They were prepared to work. We have a sleep number bed and the base is heavy and grand. The 2 of them got that thing upstairs. Big win! They asserted all the big and heavy pieces, made a game plan and got the job done. Thank you!

From the first representative we talked to on the phone for a quote to the final signing of paperwork, everyone was amazing! Pleasant, present and a pleasure to have around. We absolutely loved our crew! They were training a new person (Daniel) and his two trainers were so caring, positive and kind to him....that was such a true sign of good people! To be so concerned about a fellow employee was heartwarming. Thank you for the great service and not only will be recommending you to everyone we know, we already have! You'll be moving our son's roommate this Friday! And he's hoping to get the same crew :)

Apologies for the delay. I wanted to let you know that the team assembled and damaged my daughter's bed when it was moved. I was unable to be there in person as she is a Cal Poly student. I have seen photo's - it is not good. The bed is not a perpendicual angles - and it is clearly not correct. The team clearly forced the bed back together in a way that it wasn't designed. I will be fixing the bed when I am able to get back to SLO.
You came recommended - but this is really disappointing. I have shared back with that person my experiences. Thought you should know.

The movers were really friendly, had a great attitude and work ethic, and were so fast. They even moved things out of my apartment that just needed to be thrown out, but were too big and heavy for me to do myself. When they arrived at my new apartment, the put everything exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after themselves, and once again helped me move things that they were not responsible for but were too big and heavy for me to do. 100% worth the money, it saved me so much stress and time and I am super grateful. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

An hour late start, significantly underestimated cost and time of job, unclear communication at booking, rude lead that didn’t introduce himself, sent too small of a truck l, didn’t send enough movers, took multiple trips without filling up the truck which required me to transport 10 loads on my own, put beds together wrong, sloppily placed boxes all over the place, placed alcohol boxes in my 9 year old daughter’s room, broke backsplash in kitchen and covered it with a box so i couldn’t see it until I started unpacking.

The fellas that helped move were amazing. Everything took two hours and they went above and beyond. Worth the price!
Everything! The guys asked several times if they could help with anything else! The job went very smoothly and they were friendly and courteous the whole time.

I really don't like that your sales.rep repeated over and over than it would be done in 3 hrs. It cost quite a bitore than I was quoted. The men were.great.but Not.speedy as advertised. My small apt is now completely full of boxes with labels on the bottom or facing a wall. As n I said the guys were nice and helpful but your service company is NOT what you advertised. The glass of.a.painting was broken and no effort was adequate to replace or refund the cost. Just not what I expected and I willale.sure to tell people if.asked
The group of young men were very polite, listened to various requests and did’nt stop
the loading process. Worked together well and complied. with various requests that were made.Definitely a First Class Group. Thank you all sooo much for your help!
