When moving to storage (in and out) you didn't mention I had to go watch them unload to storage. This was another 2 hrs. I am 80 years old and the day was ever long. Let you customer know this so they can make arrangemwnts

What I would have done differently:
Color code my 'categories' as boxes were selected for great fit in the 'Tetris truck pack' vs. categories.
Figured out a better estimate as we contracted for 3 hours and got most of the stuff in 7 hours.

This experience was incredibly disappointing. All the movers and staff were very kind and responded to me with upmost respect throughout all parts of the moving experience. However, it does not dismiss the incredibly unprofessional billing assessment process and nearly half-dozen different price quotes that were given to me both during and after the moving process. The staff even called me twice the day after to tell me I owed more money because they calculated the pricing incorrectly, which a manager ended up waiving because even that amount was assessed incorrectly. I would never recommend an experience like this to any of my friends or family because this process was incredibly unclear and made the moving experience so more stressful than it needed to me. I honestly wish that I had picked one of the cheaper companies because this ended up being just as bad of an experience as someone breaking or losing something.

The crew is very courteous and friendly. Meticulous, but yet efficient. I rarely rate every statement 10/10 like I did on the survey the “packers” gave me. But Steven and Oscar deserved it, 10 times over!
Perhaps I should take this opportunity though, to mention the tape used for packing. It is definitely not the same tape I have purchased at your location. The following day was like listening to stray popcorn popping. The tape popped off nearly all the boxes forcing me to retape them. The tape is very thin, and the adhesion is short lived. Not the “packers” fault.

The team of 3 young men sent to represent Meathead Movers were just great. They arrived on time, had a quick walk through with my wife and daughter on what was being moved and then kicked it in gear. I strongly recommend Meathead Movers without hesitation. Your lead mover arrived at the job with a bad attitude. I have talked to his supervisor at Meathead movers, he knows my disappointment . Plus less items where shipped on the truck and no financial adjustment was offered.

The packers could be better, I saw how they packed and they didn’t pad enough and left a lot of free space in boxes. Also I wasn’t told that the packers forks be only 4 hours, I was told that they are with me until they are done.
