This is not their first rodeo; everyone from their telephone teams to their moving truck crews are cheerful and efficient! I am old school customer service and they exceeded my every expectation.
I had changes to my initial order, I changed my schedule to move date, even the address changed! I could not get my document signed online correctly. Each time, every requests was met with a helpful attitude and which accommodated without a problem. I am fairly organized, but they are tuned into the customer's needs and muddled "moving brain" fog.
Price was good too. Thank you Meathead movers! I hope to post photos soon!

What I like most was the level of communication during the move about what to move, where, protection, clarification as well as timely and thorough service. I've never had professional movers in my life before, and it is fairly expensive, but it is worth more than every single dollar to have the job done right by Meathead.

I had contracted with Meathead Movers years ago when I moved into my new home. You were great then...and you were even better this week, when I had an emergency situation that needed some strong movers to help us move a laundry stack. I called in the evening, spoke with Noelle (who was AMAZING and made the whole process so easy as I was totally stressed by a plumbing emergency). You were able to come the very next morning and we were able to resolve our emergency...mostly thanks to Meathead Movers jumping in when we needed help most. The service was incredibly smooth, professional and reasonably priced. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance! I will definitely recommend your service to everyone and anyone who needs movers. All my questions were answered and the movers were very professional ....i was very pleased with the service....I’m only sad that they didn’t have my lounge chair gift with them😢can I still have that gift.

Everything was fine..it just took a lot longer than expected..Your movers were good however, they put blankets and plastic wrap around most of my furniture, which took 3 hours..I asked them to bypass doing it for some of my items they said they could not..Your company needs to provide a waiver or something that I could sign, so I can accept any potential damage to my items. It ended up taking them 5+ hours for the entire move.. it could have taken half that time. The movers were great, this is about policy.
The 2 gentleman that helped me today were exceptional! In spite of all we got accomplished today I have never experienced as pleasant experience as today! Great job guys we could not have done it without your patience and being so accommodating God Bless...
