The workers were courteous and professional, but the pricing scale was ridiculous for the work they were authorized to do. The fact that I paid over $2k for one truck load upset our family when we ended up renting a UHAUL and doing the great majority of our own move for what should have been done by your company. I'll make sure to never recommend working with your company when any friends, family, coworkers, etc., are moving.

We were in a hurry to get moved and called on Tuesday and had the packers out on Thursday and moved out on Friday. They text to confirm the day before and then text again that morning with photos of our packers/movers.
The process was so very easy. Everyone from the scheduler to the packers/movers were professional and efficient. WONDERFUL experience.

Professional group of people. The movers were very attentive to what they were moving and took all necessary precautions to ensure there were no damages. They worked fast and were punctual. The team had good communication skills and kept me informed from beginning to end. Great job! They helped reduce the stress of moving.
The young men were neat and friendly and worked efficiently together. Dan, Jacob and Livedeep were very pleasant and worked hard. All my stuff was wrapped carefully and handled with care.
The guys were literally the best! They were so attentive and efficient and made our move so smooth!
The guys were great but I was disappointed that my treadmill could not be moved. I used Meathead a couple of months ago to move an elliptical machine from the same room. It was bigger than the treadmill. While there, the guys told me that they could move the treadmill no problem, so I used Meathead for the big move. The guys that came were not trained in moving a treadmill. Having to get out of the house, I was now stuck. It is costing me $450 to get it moved, having to pay the 3 hr minimum to another mover. When I discussed the move before hiring Meathead, I gave the model and location in my house of the treadmill.
So in effect, Meathead took an order they could not fulfill, and I end up paying a $450 premium for your mistake.
