They have classes with good coaches; in addition to providing quality training, the class sizes are reasonable, and equipment or materials are always used.
The rec center is welcoming, well maintained, and full of different activities to choose from. Our grandkids (ages 16-4) beg to go every time they visit.

I benefit greatly from the fitness classes. I feel so much more flexible. The instructors are professional and informative about current research about fitness and Senior health. Good facilities, well maintained, helpful staff
I like the rec center. I dislike that sometimes they will close the center with only one day notice citing “special events”. The most recent was for the Allen USA celebration. The closure was not previously scheduled and seemed to be a last minute staff decision “to allow staff to volunteer at the celebration”.

Everything. Facility is great, staff is great, fitness instructors are great, equipment is great.
The only concern I have had is fitting too many people into the smaller classroom when the large one was available. That made no sense to most everyone in the class.
