The boy who helped with membership at the reception at Don Rodenbaugh Aquatic Facility is very cool, explained in simple, providing the leaflets/details and made signing for membership super easy. Thank you! Sorry, I didn't get his name. He was there on the day I signed up, on 5/4 around 1.30 pm. Hope this helps recognize his customer service skills.
My daughter took chess classes there and she plans to continue them in fall.
I'm very new to the Senior Center. My initial reaction would be that I found the staff extremely helpful in assisting me in navigating the different activities. If I'm honest, I have resisted for a very long time in becoming a member. I'm glad I finally took the final steps and joined. I'm looking forward to fun activities and making new connections along the way.

We love the rec center and specially the kids play area. However lately the experience of the new people at the front desk has been very rude, arrogant and not cooperating. We are usually there every weekend, kids run around and play tagging etc. I understand we should we watching them, but should not be running after 5-6 years old. They made it a point for us to not visit the rec center lately because of their behavior.
They should be telling the things to big/teenage kids as they are the worst ones to play in the playarea, being roudy and pushing little kids, intimidating them etc.
I feel like they just pick on us because of the skin color. This led to a decision about cancelling the membership.
Staff is very nice. And the facility is top notch.
I really like using the Joe Farmer Recreation Center. The location is convenient to my home. It has lots of parking. The facility is always clean, has the equipment and amenities that I need and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Would it be possible to get a small rack of free weights over by the stretch area? Last summer the free weight area was crowded and it would be nice to have an alternative area with some 10/12/15 lb dumbbells to use.
The Senior Center is a great facility. I find the front-desk staff very polite and helpful. I’m currently taking the Get Stronger T-Th classes and the Gentle Flow Yoga (T) and Restorative Yoga (Th) classes. Tess is a fantastic instructor; she makes the classes varied and fun. She knows her stuff, and her positive outlook and good sense of humor makes us all work that much harder. The room in which we exercise is well equipped and always very clean. I’m so glad I decided to take these classes.
I absolutely love the renovations that have been done,as a senior I feel like they were thinking of us!Thanks to the staff and all the other people responsible for the project.
I love the center, it is extremely clean. The equipment is nice and new, the only improvement I wish it had is the treadmills. They don't have fans and there is not a lot of ventilation or fans on top of the treadmills. It gets too hot when running for a while. The staff is super nice and friendly.

I went there for 3 months as a non-member to take pickleball lesson. The facility is huge and clean with many amenities. Every single staff person was super nice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the remodeling they did by adding more treadmills and moving the free weights to another location.

I’ve met so many nice people. Exercise classes are good, fun trips and day outings. Like that there are educational classes as well. I tell people all the time about the senior center. It has been a real blessing for me .
The ASRC has a wide variety of excellent programs for seniors. I love the staff and the other seniors. It is a well-needed center for seniors who want to remain active and vibrant.
