More than just a good place to stay active, we also found that the STRC is a great way to connect with community, as we often see friends and acquaintances in Allen there, and can build closer connection with them through activity.

Yoga class
I LOVE the Tiny Tots Open Gym. I bring my daughter Sarah every Tuesday, and Penny's always there with a bright welcoming smile that makes Sarah happy to head into play with the other tots.
Nice facility. Staff is very friendly.
The walking/running track, Cycling class, Zumba, and the treadmill. All the trainers are fabulous and they make the class so much fun.
What a beautiful, functional facility. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The three classes I have taken have been excellent.

JF rec center has well maintained facility with friendly staff. Our entire family has enjoyed classes, summer camps, special events, weight room gym & rentals for group events. Affordable & low key.

Met some really great friends
55+ really enjoyed the spa, and water exercises in the leisure pool.
I had never played a song with my guitar and only knew the basic chords. The guitar group has enabled me play music, including songs I love, and hone my guitar skills past levels I only dreamed about. What an asset the center has with the group leader Brent Wells. And thank you to the staff and facilitators who made this guitar group possible.
Very nice place to exercise during winter and summer months. All facilities are available. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for people.
The facility is clean, and the pool is great. However, I wish more lanes were available and not reserved most of the time. This leaves only two lanes for many people who have to share.
