I like to be taken care, from receiving water to drink, towels, and instructions how to unfold entire practice sauna, shower with vitamin C and ice cold plunge. I also liked a picture on TV monitor and for way out I got me $ 2 electrolyte which was delicious and I was explained it is for my benefits too. All together I really had a very good time. Slept really well for next 2 days.
I know it is a healthy practice, reset dopamine receptors especially that ice cold plunge. It was cool, I was really happy.
People were kind and supportive especially if I have questions or concerns. I truly appreciate them.
For that first time experience all was perfect.
I was also introduced to membership but in my case more practical 5 times package may serve better.

Really good experience. Would have been cool to have a bigger tub for two people, but otherwise had a great time and felt amazing.

Friendly staffed greeted us and welcomed us in warmly! They showed us how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. The private suite was excellent, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff, made it an experience that we I’ll come back for.

Everything started with a great, user-friendly website and a convenient mobile app. The very friendly personnel at the Chestnut Hill location gave me a great onboarding, showed all the features, and provided tips for an effective session.
The room itself is amazing — the interior, the sauna and bath, the vitamin C shower, the lighting, and the large mirror — everything is perfect. The availability of a TV with YouTube makes the experience even more enjoyable.
10/10 — I’ve already recommended SWTHZ to my friends and will definitely book more sessions for myself. Thank you!
