We have only been to Dogtopia for 3 days, so far we like what we see. I realize our facility is doing remodeling but I hope they will do an open house or a walk through when they are done. We would love to actually see where our pup spends her day and meet the staff, go through their routine. Love the webcam concept! I have watched the videos and am pleased with the interaction the staff has with the pups
Everything…. My dog Millie’s monthly groom, her occasional stay and her half play days. Unlike the vet, she pulls to go in. This is a joy for me as I know she is well cared for.
3 dogs bathed and trimmed..they look and feel much better..
How well my dog is cared for. They make it a point to know rack of their doggie guests.

All the staff are nice and welcoming when we drop our pugs off. They do an excellent job with grooming!

The staff is friendly and helpful and seems to really like dogs! Nice to have various lunch time treats and more importantly, doggie activities. I also like being able to see the dogs on a screen as I walk in.
My dog Bella loves going to Dogtopia! The reason is simple- everyone who works there loves dogs! The staff are always kind, friendly, and enthusiastic. The manager, Ross, does an excellent job keeping everything working smoothly.
Luka 🐾 and I love Dogtopia, has been our second home since Luka was 6 months old (he is close to 3 years). Coaches are always loving and great♥️
The staff are friendly and caring towards the dogs. Lots of activities are offered, being able to view the webcams is a plus. The air ventilation has improved since our last visit bc he didn't come home as stinky.

Best boarding facility ever! Their philosophy of not isolating dogs during breaks and overnight is awesome. There focus on detail and making sure dogs have two days of daycare before boarding is so smart. Thanks, Dogtopia
Nicely organized set up
The staff at Dogtopia Cypress are the best. They are always great with the Dogs and willing to help us with our dog’s needs. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else!
Your services are getting a bit too expensive.
Ashley and the team are dedicated to making sure our pup’s experience is fun, safe, and engaging! They are very responsive and helpful, and we appreciate being able to drop off our dog, Tina, and know that she’s having a blast!
friendliness and good care of my pup
I love that you provide a cam for me to check in on my puppy. It was comforting to me when leaving him for his first daycare. The staff was very friendly as well.
My wife and I love the convenience that Dogtopia offers whereas they are located downtown and close to where we work. The staff are always very friendly and just love our Bentley. Dogtopia makes it easy to schedule daycare, nail trims, and baths as they are all done in house by Heather. We feel that Dogtopia was the best choice for our pup as he loves going there and playing with his BFF.
Would be more willing to pay the higher price for daycare if the dogs had outdoor time and did not have time in crates.
Staff customer service, cleanliness of the faciity. My dog attended only one time so I have to see how the activities will work on my pet.
