I love the open play concept, where crates are not a punishment, but rather a safe place to calm down. I love the staff! They are friendly and energetic and clearly love what they do. I enjoy the social media posts and can't wait to see our pup make her appearance. The Webcam access is my favourite! I know my girl is loved, cared for, respected, and have the absolute best day ever!

My dog always comes hope happy and tired. I love that there is a camera to check on him while he’s at daycare.
Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They all treat Lola so well and I love that I can peak on her during the day via the cameras.
My experience with DogTopia and Katie was over the top amazing. Katie is fearful of strangers, the ladies who performed the assessment were patient and worked with Katie.!!I could not be more grateful. Katie has not been back due to a wart on her mouth, which the team at DogTopia, understandably asked me to get that cleared before she starts day camp.. you can rest assure that this team is looking out for your Pup and mine. I highly recommend DogTopia in Dublin. You know when people love what they do when they are happy to see you and more happy to see your pup. I look forward to brining Katie back to DogTopia!
A little more oversight of dogs. Every time I check my dog is getting humped. I know its high energy place etc
Everyone is so happy to see the pups when they are brought in and very helpful to pup parents when assistance is needed. My Teddy is always happily played out at the end of the day at Dogtopia.

I enjoy being able to take my dog to a place where she can have interaction with other dogs so she can be sociable. I enjoy being able to see the staff smile when she arrives as well. She has turned into a social butterfly. She is loved by the staff, and they are always excited to see her as well. I am very happy that I found this place.
I have been happy with Dogtopia in the past. However, this visit the cameras were not working consistently and I was charged for a nail trim that my doctor did not receive. I have attempted to call and text with Dogtopia New Orleans and not received any response when I picked up my dog it was storming so I did not inspect his toes as we’re walking out the door, but I texted and called the very next morning. It has been two days with no response.
I like the cameras and how friendly everyone is. The report card at the end of the day is also helpful.
Personalized attention — The staff knows the names and personalities of all the dogs. They are quick to share a funny or interesting thing my dog may have done. And, everyone on the team is engaged.
Everyone was friendly, professional, and kind. My dog went to doggy daycare and received one of the best grooming treatments ever.
I just love Lola has a safe place to be all day and I don’t have to worry being at work and out of the house for 10 hours a day
I actually did let my best friends daughter who has 2 dogs in San Diego area about your facility. She had problems with others she went to so she is excited to try it out. I love the daycare, boarding and the unlimited spa. Its great to always have our puppy come home clean, happy and tired.
The friendliness of the staff!
There is a lot more new consistent faces that we see at this location now. It would be great to get to know them (do more staff shoutouts on ig, name badges)
And sometimes, it does look like there’s only 1 person in the room with big dogs. It seems like a big task to take care of so many animals by themselves

The staff is wonderful. They are attentive, accommodating, and always friendly. They take care of the dogs as if they were theirs. Matt, the owner is terrific and has done a wonderful job with his staff.

Our dog has eaten stuff at daycare (pieces of cloth, chunks of plastic) that she puked up later. More attention to items left within reach of the dogs to avoid this.
If possible would love the dog to come home not as smelly after daycare (often smells like urine, likely from lying on the floor).

We like the people at Dogtopia because everyone is friendly and seem to care about our dog. Raven is always willing to go out of her way to make sure our dog is taking care of.

I’ve been to three different dogtopia locations and this one by far is the best! the staff were so accommodating and kind.
I like the staff so much! The consistency is so helpful for my dog. She loves her time there and it takes an otherwise stressful experience and keeps it fun and quick.
