Friendly staff. Got my dog in the same day.
It was only our first time at this Madison west Dogtopia with Andre’. Since we transferred from our previous Canton Dogtopia in Baltimore MD. We are thrilled that Andre’ has found a new place to play, have spa treatments, and make new friends again. The staff has been wonderful welcoming our Dogtopian Andre’ and us to Madison. Thanks again for everything. We look forward to a continued friendship with dogtopia.

Hours of operation
My pup loves to hang at Dogtopia, so much so that he squeals with delight every time we arrive. I appreciate their strict adherence to vaccine requirements, too. Thank you!
Staff are incredibly friendly! They know each dog's name, and I could see that dogs coming into the center are excited to be there. They are very intentional about every experience of the dogs. And they tailor-fit their care and approach to the needs of the dog.
I requested they bathe him and do nails. He is an old chocolate lab. His undercoat is all coming out. I thought the bath meant getting all the dead hair off too. They washed him and all his dead hair and gave him back. We asked why. She said they are a doggie day care that grooms. They don’t have the big blowers to blow off the dead hair.
I complained to the manager that obviously I didn’t want them to wash his dead hair and should have told me they couldn’t do it.
They would not refund my $. Now I have to take him to another place and pay another $60 to have him done correctly.
Love Dogtopia. Love the people. Love the facilities.

Generally speaking, I am pleased with Dogtopia. I would like to have more feedback on how the dogs do each time they come. One Saturday, I was particularly upset when I called and a staff member hung up on me twice and spoke so fast, I could not understand her. When I tried to call back the answering machine picked up and wouldn't allow me to leave a message. I was one my way with my new dog and had a quick question. I gave feedback to the staff member, who was sweet but never apologized. That bothered me.
The front desk admin folks aren’t super friendly. In fact, one of them specifically is a bit condescending.
They take time with the dogs. My only concern is when you pick up your dog that the dogs are unattended.
Reliable, consistent, able to handle last-minute requests. My dog is always in a good mood when I pick him up, and I appreciate being able to check in on him via CCTV.
I like the staff. Very friendly and they love the dogs and that is important. The place is clean and I like that they run fun things for the dogs.
The facility rooms were smaller than expected with limited access for smaller dogs with staff and outside yard. Improvements to building and rooms needed. Overall still a positive experience but had some hesitations.
Staff is super friendly and helpful, facility is clean, app works well for booking and viewing the webcams.

- want to be able to prepay for services even if it’s a one time not a package
- more potty areas for dogs
- more agility/training or learning activities
- offer baths on the weekend (overnights should always include a bath before sending home)
- more outdoor time!
- more 1-1 options for dogs who need snuggles and more individual attention
Quick response time for finding out information, flexible scheduling, down to earth & knowledgeable staff. Haven't used it yet but one of the reasons I wanted to choose Dogtopia was the cameras so I can check on my pup.

Everyone is so nice and happy to be there. I love that Bernie is excited to go there and I know that he is safe and having the best time.
All of the team who support Roy and Frecks, the services offered (daycare, boarding, etc.), and how responsive the team is. They also make things so easy and convenient.
Staff are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate their willingness to answer all my questions on our first day. They are knowledgeable of the care they provide and do a great job at keeping the environment clean.

I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia! The playtime , personnel and spa are excellent. The staff members are so friendly and accommodating. Charlie LOVES his time there!
