The groomer was very patient with our dog who is not a very good customer.

Grooming
Since the new management change, quality of care is abysmal. For two years, I regularly brought my dog for daycare twice a week and boarded several times per year. Dogtopia was a source of great joy for me (and friends/family) with the creative crafts and activities. The coaches would send me videos, photos and post about the week's activities on social media. It was a fun way to engage with the staff and get to know other dogs and "pet parents." Since the management change in July, Id sign my dog up for crafts and activities. Id get charged (differently every time) and i would never recieve the craft or verification that my dog actually did the activities. Moreover the new staff was simply not friendly. The new manager was fine, but the employees (with one exception) didn't greet the dog, know the dog and didn't seem to want to be there. I was willing to overlook this because i still felt somewhat secure that my dog was safe. Until i needed to board her again. What i saw on the webcams was completely unacceptable. The "coach" was kicking at dogs when she was trying to pick up poop and when mopping, she used the mop to push dogs' faces. I was charged for four activities, even though I only requested two. When I picked my dog up, I brought my concerns to the coach who was there. He was the last remaining employee from the old management. He showed me a video he made of my dog doing the activity. He put the dogtopia shirt on her and was playing football with her. It was adorable. I asked to have a copy of the video. He said he had given notice and wouldn't be working there anymore. I paused my account because the one person who I trusted with my dog was leaving. Two days after my dog was home, she started to cough. Took her to the vet and she had kennel cough. I am sympathetic to a point, but I cant help but think getting hit in the face with a dirty mop may have contributed to her contracting the disease. I called and spoke with the manager to let her know my dog was sick. Her unsympathetic response was "that happens." I went on to tell her about what I saw on the Webcam over the days I was away. Her response was "this was the coach's first week alone in the room." Kicking dogs and mopping their faces is inexcusable behavior. Liking dogs, moreover nonviolence, needs to be prerequisite to this job, there is nothing to be done to make this right. I used to brag about dogtopia around town and show off the crafts, photos and videos to whoever would listen. Now I warn people to stay away.
The staff is friendly and caring. The communicate well when needed. They are always responsive to our requests or questions.

I feel like a valued client. I know my pup is being well cared for everyday. The employees know my pup’s temperament. They tell me which dogs she played with each day. Going to Dogtopia is helping socialize my pup, and I’m so glad that I sought out Dogtopia.
Such personal service and kind care. Jordan called to keep us updated when our dog wasn’t acting himself. She made and fed him special meals, called our vet for us, coordinated care for the circumstances and it really felt like she cared. This put us at ease while we were gone. We are so grateful for the kind team at dogtopia and Jordan especially.
I came to get Roofus twice with dried feces on his rectum and, this second time, down his leg. I paid $300 to board my pups to be left with the impression they’re being locked in a space that is too small, abandoned, and subsequently sitting in their feces. I left one voicemail, after not hearing back from the manager, after asking Gracie to ask them to phone me. Michael called me. I called back twice, didn’t reach him, and have not heard back. I made mention of leaving a public review, but was hopeful we could resolve it. Given we haven’t, I am going to publish a review of my experience. Roofus is my baby! To think he’s being neglected is unforgivable and mortifying to me!
Professional, clean, caring trainers
but most of all they took wonderful care of my Dog and he loved it
I love everything about Dogtopia- from the hours, to the different offerings and specials to the most important- the staff. I’ve never had this type of customer service like I have here. From day one the staff treated my dog like one of their own and has remembered him since his first visit. The attention to detail and level of care they provide is something you’d be hard pressed to find at a luxury hotel let alone a doggie daycare.

I like how Jacy can run and play with other dogs..she comes home tired but happy. I like to watch the video while she's there to see how she plays.
I love that their staff are always helpful. The dogs are loved at the facility as much as they are at home.
everyone is friendly and caring. Webcams are great! Like that the doggies can all be together in the same room in their crates overnight, so they are no alone.
