I am satisfied with Home360. However a few times I had a plumbing emergency, and I could not get a plumber from Home360. This greatly upset me as I have been a repeat customer with you since 2009. I live in a second floor condo and had water flooding my apartment. I was in a dire emergency and could not get help from your company.

I love that the phone is answered, I get to talk to a person and not an automated system. I appreciate timely updates if the technician or worker is running early or late, and I like the friendly, professional workers I have come out for all kinds of work.
The gentleman who came was not only a professional craftsman, but he was also a nice person. We laughed and joked, and he corrected my problem quickly. It was a good experience!
