We had an electrician, Mike, who is very quiet, but he answers all questions. He was very polite, got the job done on time., he arrived on time and cleaned up after the job. We liked him so much, he WILL be coming back to do more work for us as soon as we purchase the supplies!

The service was exceptional. The service technician was kind and friendly. He did his best to get our dryer operational but he had to order the control panel which too a few days to come in. But once the part was in he repaired our dryer with no other issues.

Mr. Tim was extremely nice and thorough. He explained the charges before he looked at my dryer and, when he discovered the problem, made it clear why it had broken. He was very honest about the fact that it was likely to happen again in the future, and that it probably would not be worth fixing it repeatedly. I appreciated that honesty in that I knew he wasn’t just looking for the next service call.
