I always have good results. Case in point: Dave Johnson was here last week to do some plumbing work in the attic. He is efficient, conducts himself as a gentleman, and answers my questions in a respectful manner. What more could you ask from a technician trying to do a good job? You have an excellent employee.

The service at Home360 is awesome! Back in 2020, I called to get service on my washing machine. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. She sent out Mr. Tim to service my washer. He was amazing, very patience, kind, courteous, and answered every question I had about my washer. Later that year my washer finally went out and I had to purchase a new one. So in 2021 I purchased a new washer. In 2025 I started to have issues with it. I quickly called Home360 and asked for Mr. Tim, I was very happy he was still with the company. He came out the same week to service my washer. He was the same as he was back in 2020. It's truly hard to find good help these days. Thank you Home360 and Mr. Tim for your great customer service!
