I have used HOME360 several times with repairs both inside and outside my home. I have been extremely happy with scheduing around my hectic life. I have used most of the craftsmen during the 32 years I have been in my home. The workers are very accommodating, courteous, prompt, neat, and take pride in their work. Our installer Simon was obviously very well trained in his craft and did an absolute marvelous job. In addition he was obviously a hard worker and very easy to talk to and wanted to please us and he absolutely did. We are totally delighted with our new shower from Max home.
When i've tried other companies i feel like i'm getting jerked around. They won't show up or show up late. They're unclear about estimates of time and money needed to fix the problem. Home 360 has always showed up on time and is always up front with what they're going to do to fix the problem and how much it will cost.
