I did like my service until the work done by Mr. Hoyt the plumber was not warranty as stated. He worked on my house then when his worked failed he said it was unfortunate basically and charged me again to fix the same pipe differently. The second way had been my suggestion from the start but he tried to make money twice knowing it wouldn’t hold. I feel like if you warranty your work and don’t stand by your warranty you are not trust worthy. This will be my first and last time working with Home 360 and the contracted plumber H&D plumbing. It’s a scam you see a woman and try to super glue things together and when they don’t hold you recharge for the work you should’ve suggested the first time. This was very unprofessional but again a lesson learned. Hopefully the work hold this time!
The guy that came was the best we’ve ever seen
Y’all always answer the phone in a timely manner and are always so friendly. It is so easy to schedule an appointment and the “workers” who come to the house are ALWAYS on time. Quality work and even though others might do the work a tad cheaper, the work would not be as well done. I feel the prices are more than fair and match the quality of the work done. We have never had a bad experience! Great, friendly, and very knowledgeable folks.
Mr. Chad always comes and fixes what we need fixing and he knows what he is doing. He is the best!! He deserves a raise!!

Tim did a great job. I have used Tim several times and he is wonderful. He has worked on my refrigerators and dryer. Very pleased.
Always have a service person scheduled to come out quickly and always arrive at the time given (no 4 hour window). I've been pleased with the professionals (electrician, HVAC, plumber, appliances and painter) and Home 360 is a "go to" whenever I have a need for service.

Our normal HVAC guy (Kirk Manuel) was out and the one who came in place of him (John Bonin) was just as great as Kirk always is. Was so quick and efficient to diagnose and get it fixed promptly.
