Whenever I call Home360 I am greeted by a friendly voice who is always ready to help solve my problem(s). I wear hearing aids and have difficulty understanding on my cell phone. They are always understanding and patient with me. I appreciate that so much. My last problem required a plumber. David Jodnson arrived on time and knew what he needed to do. Fixed the plugged drain line on my AC quickly. Explained/showed me where I needed to access and maintain the drain. No matter the problem, Home360 quickly sends me help!

I can make an appointment (sooner than any other place I called) and the serviceman comes on time. They are also very polite and know what they are doing. Appliances get fixed. Cost is reasonable.
