Well the customer service was outstanding, and the courtesy call meant a lot to me because it alerted me that he was going to be late, so that gave me the opportunity to complete what other task I had to do I really appreciated that. Now the service guy Me David is phenomenal, I’ve been using him for years! This dude is very professional and knowledgable of his work. He explains everything that’s going on and everything that he’s going to do. He’s also very patient with his work he doesn’t rush to finish the job . He takes his time and make sure it’s done right that’s one great thing I love about him overall, he’s never let me down. When anyone asked me if I know of a plumber, I always recommend him.

Mr. Tim was extremely nice and thorough. He explained the charges before he looked at my dryer and, when he discovered the problem, made it clear why it had broken. He was very honest about the fact that it was likely to happen again in the future, and that it probably would not be worth fixing it repeatedly. I appreciated that honesty in that I knew he wasn’t just looking for the next service call.
