Called 30 mins before arrival, arrived within the expected time window, offered to wear shoe covers inside the home. Your people are knowledgeable. They do the job they say they will do. They refer you to someone else if they do not have expertise (like not having a termite certification). Recommend

They guys did a fantastic job. We had 2 problems in our house. Ants and Spiders invaded our home. After the visit I did not see a single ant from the next day. We also had a mouse problem and the traps that were setup worked perfectly.

PROMPT SETUP

We had an ant problem that was quickly going from irritating to overwhelming and within 24 hours the treatment that HomeShield provided had already worked sending the ants back outside and away from our laundry, kitchen, bathrooms and garage. It was fabulous. Our two dogs were safe and there was no odor from the product used.
