I brought in a secondhand bike to have it checked out at John’s Cyclery. I had some safety concerns and wanted to make sure that it was in tiptop shape and safe to ride.
There were some things that needed fixed immediately and were, and a couple of things pointed out to me that may need attention in the future, but wasn’t necessary right now. I appreciate that kind of honesty because they could’ve said we need to change this out and sold me more than I needed to at this time. Quality parts, great service, honesty, and quick service makes John Cyclery stand out. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. I know that rides a bike!
