Had product I wanted in stock. Were helpful and installed accessories.
I just purchased a new Trek Dumane and went on my first ride yesterday. I love this bike! I asked Rich to configure my new bike just like my old bike - saddle position, etc. He nailed it. I didn’t have to make any adjustments at all. Rich walked me through my new bike, how to charge the battery for the electronic shifting, etc. I’m extremely happy with my new bike and the entire purchase process.
