I was not there when they were working, however they did a good job in a seemingly professional manner.
The ServiceMaster staff moved in quickly and took action to stabilize and mitigate the water damage which occurred. Throughout the process, they demonstrated expertise, excellent communications, patience with our questions, consideration for undamaged property, management of our expectations and all around professionalism. Plus, we always knew in advance when the crew would be arriving and were informed if there would be any delay.

I was impressed and grateful that your company helped to organize the other companies that we're involved (water remediation and abatement). I felt your plumber did great work and he did it immediately, going out to get the parts and make the repairs in the early evening. I think a lot of other companies/plumbers would have waited for the next day. We were very happy to get our water back on that night.
