We had already used squeegees to remove the standing water. So, the crew primarily had to remove some dry wall and set up fans, and dehumidifiers.
They did not apply any mold preventatives to the floor. This surprised us. So, we bought our some mold and mildew preventer and sprayed it on the impacted wood framing. We also plan to scrub the floor with a bleach solution. This will be done in small sections as we work to setting everything back in order.
