The entire team, from the person who scheduled our service to the crew who performed the restoration, was amazing. They made the process easy and our basement was restored to an even better condition than it was before the flooding.
Firstly, i thought my brother in law Paul worked for ServPro so thats who i called....After 3 cancellations. I called Paul Baer who informed me that Service master of Baltimore is where he worked. So i immediately canceled servpro. This was at 2:00ish in the afternoon Paul gave me a number to call and we had a representative from your company at my home a couple hours later. The next day we had Freddy and helper out removing dry wall and set up to dry the hard wood floors and walls ect.Freddy was a top notch professional representative of your company. And was every crew there after. Loraina and the scrubbers/cleaners were personable professional and generally happy people that made this process tolerable and almost fun. Every crew every person on those crews was very good at there jobs.( compataint, professional, and most of all proficient.) I could not be more pleased with Service Master of Baltimore and every employee that worked at my home. Thank you And Paul Baer For such great service.

Your staff was outstanding. I should have written down their names but from the young man and young woman who initially showed up and set everything in place to the last gentleman who picked everything up they were incredible. So professional, courteous and just all around awesome!

From the moment Servicemaster was on the job - they showed up every day until the work was completed. I received texts or calls letting me know arrival times. The daily crews were friendly and responsive and answered any questions I had. The office phone was answered each time I called if I needed more information. The manager was quick to return calls. An excellent company!
Quick response and professional workers
Service Masters did an excellent job of removing the sheetrock and drying out the walls where the water leaked in. They put up a tent so there was no dust in the bedroom.

They came out and handled a water leak in my home fast and efficient. All of the guys that came out to fix it were friendly and knowledgeable. They have great customer service. When my insurance company called them concerning the work, they had called within 45 minutes. They had a manager would to inspect and get started on the work within 2 hours.
