I really liked how Tammy handled my claim from start to finish. She understood I was having claim denial issues yet still was able to get out some equipment and technicians to dry my basement while waiting for Farmers to decide on my claim once I appealed the denial. I also felt every technician that Servicemaster sent to work on drying the basement was courteous and professional. This included Joe who was my first contact but also John, Fred, Willie and Joshua. Each of them took the time to explain to me what and why they were doing such and such in the basement and told me when they would be returning. In addition, Tammy had me talk to Dan from the office who gave me good tips on what I could do to help the process along while waiting for the appeal decison. I was VERY PLEASED with how Servicemaster handled my situation and yes would certainly recommend them anytime.
Chris, the technician, went above and beyond anything I expected. This was a very "unusual" clean up. Chris was both professional, and sensitive to the situation.
Communication was outstanding and the job was handled as if it was his own..
When the invoice arrived, it was just icing on the cake as the cost was very reasonable for the work performed.
I would definitely recommend Service Master to others..
