4 hour response was no joke. These guys did a bang up job after basement flood. Removed all flooring and took drywall to rough-in and dried the basement out in 36 hours. Bang up job highly recommended. On-site Project manager took care of business, worked with insurance adjuster directly no bill for me no hassle no nothing, had 4-5 trucks 8-14 guys on site day 1 for all the major work, literally hours after I called. Those that worked on my house were professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed there was a response on the afternoon before Easter. I am disappointed by the minimal communication by the project manager, and what the next steps will be.
