The project manager who came to work with us was very helpful and available for questions, and he explained everything thoroughly. The workers came quickly to deal with our emergency, spent the time that was required to dry our cottage out completely after major water leakage, and also answered all my questions.
The guy tested the leakage is very professional and polite.

I got a quote from another firm-they only quoted online. Service master came out in person to review the apartment egress as well as what I wanted cleaned. The quote was $200 less than the other national firm!
Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly. My only question was how long it took for the carpets and sofa cushions to dry. Add several days to your quote!

The team, starting with Mathew, covered all the bases and explained in detail every step. The two young gentleman, Skylar and Shayden, that did the water mitigation and the demo, were great. They were conscientious about our house and our pets and were extremely good at communicating with us. We would love to see more young men with their work ethics and respect for others. They really deserve a shout out!!

Quick, polite, efficient
Technicians were on time every day and thorough. We were kept informed during the tear down. The technicians carefully curtained off the work area. Finally, the area was completely cleaned after they finished their part of the job. Photos were taken to be used for insurance submission.
Having a water problem at 5:00 am, I was so amazed that they answered the phone and had s
;rep at our house 8:00 to assess the need, and again at 2:00 after getting the Okay from insurance and they went right to work, getting rid of water and sanitizing, then setting up five huge fans. Very professional.
