Everyone was very flexible with some of my extenuating circumstances (getting hit by an illegal driver, waiting for ICBC to decide to waive my deductible, needing a courtesy car, etc) and helping to book times that worked for my schedule as an elementary school teacher.
I also wasn’t excepting the car to basically be completely detailed! It looked and smelled like a brand new car! Which was a nice way to celebrate the car’s 1 year birthday!
