The conveyance location to where we live. The Kirmac Estimator and front desk staff were very clear in respect to Kirmac services. They also arranged for a Hired car for 10 days, and then provided one of their own service cars for the remainder of the time it took to repair the car.
The car was well restored, cleaned and ready for our use.
all in all a great Kirmac service package.
All of the staff were professional and kind and worked around my schedule.
From the get go, I could not have had a better experience. They walked me through the icbc process as well as kept in constant communication about the repair status of my vehicle. They simplified what could otherwise have been a complicated process.

Amazing experience. When I picked my car up from being fixed the interior was spotless… looked brand new inside and out !:)) It looked better than when I left it. So appreciative that the inside was cleaned so well. The fix on the exterior was perfect too.
I hope I don’t need to have my car repaired again but if I do I’ll definitely come back to Kirmac.
