The lady at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t think that I was going to get my car back when promised but she said that she would talk to the polisher and see if he could bump it up. I had a couple of dogs coming in for training on the Saturday and really needed my car as you could not have any dogs in the rental van.
