The only drawback was that I couldn't have my dog in it. They should have one or two pet friendly vehicles, even if they aren't brand new. Many people have pets that travel with them.

Marcus was helpful and knowledgeable. He was also excellent at sending me regular update messages about the status of my car repair and when I could expect things to be done. Kirmac seemed to make an honest effort to get things done as quickly as possible. Much appreciated!
Brian was really amazing - he made the process so easy and the Kirmac team did an amazing job! They even went out of their way to fix my console for me which was such a lovely surprise! I had taken my car to another repair shop I had used in the past but the gentleman who tried to assist me was so horrible to deal with I left and took my business to Kirmac. I’m so glad I did as Brian and his team did such a great job. Brian was so friendly and was a pleasure to work with and he made the whole experience effortless. He even stayed late to be there when I picked up my car. Really appreciate all their hard work and a big thank you to Brian! I’ll be recommending them to anyone who needs their car repaired.

The work done on my vehicle was great! I had three claims on my vehicle and some of them were difficult repairs. so much so that two other auto body shops declined to do the work. so I am thankful that they got the work done and we’re very professional about it.

The person who looked after me was so efficient and was so knowledgeable and good at his job. He took all my stress away with his kindness and appropriate sense of humor. Everything was taken care for me. All I had to do was drop off my car and then pick it up. And the work done was so good.
I didn’t come across any negative experience with this particular workshop. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition my car was returned to me. It was cleaned outside and in. I found the repair work was completed with professional accuracy and the paint match spot on.
Professional speedy service
Everyone, from my initial phone call, to when I arrived, the work done and completion of paperwork; including help transferring my belongings from the loaner car back to my car...the staff were very helpful and professional.
Something that I would normally take in stride as more of an inconvenience; was noticeable in its effect on me as basic questions at Kirmac were met with some long pauses as I gathered my thoughts. Having your car broken into is such an invasion of privacy. Two pairs of prescription glasses were stolen; useless to anyone but myself. So annoying!
The man at Kirmac that led me through the process, (sorry I don't have his name) was empathetic to my situation. In spite of the fact that it's a story he hears often.
