Very professional and well done. My only suggestion is that the 24hr deadline to return the rental was a bit hectic, given that you couldn’t give me 24hrs notice yourselves; it was hard to get out of work. If you could give at least a full day’s notice of when it would be done, that would have really decreased the last minute stress.
The service was on point. Everyone was helpful. No complaints about the quality of the work. Kirmac kept me in the loop through the entire process.

Marcus was amazing from start to finish and so was everyone else.
We came in and they had us a quote and everything looked at within an hour. The next day the parts were arriving and the next day he had his car in the shop.The car went in on a Wednesday and was finished on the Friday afternoon. My husband was given a courtesy car for the whole time his car was in the shop.
We felt very taken care of and were extremely happy with the work that was done to my husband’s car. I would highly recommend Kirmac Collision and Autoglass to all my friends and family.

I enjoy going to Kirmac collision to get my vehicle repaired. They cover all the necessary points form ICBC to what has to be done on the vehicle. So, I just have to drop off the vehicle and pick it up when it is ready. Keep up the good work!

The estimator (Nick) was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining the process and arranging the repairs, even the replacement of a damaged bike rack.
