Amazing customer service. My main work vehicle was involved in a collision and Will and the entire kirmac team helped me get into a rental and thanks to a fast claim approval they were able to get my truck in for repairs almost immediately. I thought id be without my work vehicle for a month, which wasn't the case. Went not even 2 weeks without it and am thrilled with the amazing care, service and workmanship shown throughout the entire process. THE VERNON KIRMAC TEAM IS THE BEST AROUND!!

Close to home. Timeliness & availability of service. Workmanship is excellent. Clear communication, sufficient status updates. The only issue we had was using the web booking form, which gave an error without feedback on whether the request was submitted or we needed to follow up/resubmit.
The whole experience was a long process ..but overall Matteus ..Angela and Sydney were very Courteous ..and .Informative throughout my Claim no matter when I called or inquired they always had a polite Response and were very thorough.
My car looks and drives as or better then when I first got it so I am very Appreciative and Grateful that I made the call to Kirmac for my ICBC Claim .

I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience with Kirmac at 227th in Maple Ridge has been!! I was rear-ended and in a lot of pain but I must say these folks made the process of getting my vehicle fixed a painless one.
From the minute you step in to their front office you are greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Madeleine and you feel heard and well cared for. I needed a ride back home after dropping off my car and it was super busy at that time and there wasn’t anyone who could drive me - they didn’t miss a beat calling me an Uber to ensure I got home timely.
Karim was amazing and explained exactly what they would be doing and went above and beyond to answer my questions. When I picked up the car he took me out to show me what had been done and answered even more questions with a consistent smile on his face.
