Leo was great and so helpful at explaining/proving clear updates throughout the process of our vehicle repair. We have never had an accident before, nor had to go through the ICBC insurance claim process, and Kirmac and Leo made it a good experience (all things considered). Staff was friendly and accomodating. They took my truck at end of day Friday when they would have rather had it Monday morning to make it fit my schedule. It was done quickly with a nice loaner car.
