I recently had my car repaired after it was damaged by a falling tree limb, and the quality of the work is outstanding. You would never know anything had happened — the repairs look fantastic. I also appreciated how quickly I was able to get an appointment for the assessment, as well as the availability of a service vehicle while my car was being repaired.
One area for improvement is the notice provided when a vehicle is ready for pickup. I commute 1.5 hours each way for work and was scheduled to be out of town for three days when I received a call around 11 a.m. advising that my car was ready. With the 24‑hour return window for the service vehicle, I had to rearrange my work and travel plans, miss a meeting, and make an unexpected trip back to return the loaner on time. A heads‑up the day before that my car would be ready the following day would have prevented this disruption.
Overall, the workmanship is excellent and I’m very happy with how my car looks. With a bit more advance notice for vehicle readiness, the service experience would be even smoother.

Arranging, estimating, drop off, work done excellent! Pick up - vague and when asked about signal that was requested to be fixed he did not know and brushed us off, it was not done. We would have preferred to wait for the original guy to complete our service.
