How easy you made it! Context: I JUST had my windshield replaced over the Christmas break, after a year of living with a cracked windshield. (Life got in the way) I had such a great experience with Kirmac and I loved driving around with my pristine windshield and freshly vacuumed car. Then I got hit by a rock and got a chip within weeks. I called PoCo moment after it happened and was offered an appointment same day. Trouble was that I was on my way for any appointment in vancouver. The woman in Poco booked me into the Vancouver location, letting me know Kirmac is a family owned and operated business — something I probably heard on a radio commercial but hadn’t registered! The difference is you ACT like it. It was seamless. I drove straight to the Vancouver location where they were expecting me. The people were just as lovely as the PoCo team, and my chip was fixed on the spot. My windshield is slightly less pristine (bummer) but the experience overall was old-school special. I’m beyond grateful in this transactional age to have an experience where I feel like a customer dealing with a cohesive team. Well done. You’ve scaled your family culture exceptionally. (I say that as someone with decades consulting on brand strategy)

The customer service is astonishing. The process was easy and straightforward. All questions were answered. A rental car was available and sorted, I didn’t have to worry about making sure I had a vehicle once I left after drop off. The work was done quickly and I was satisfied with the pick up.
Your receptionist at Schoolhouse Street was a pleasure to speak when I dropped off my payment and on a phone call. She was friendly and excellent at rely information. The new windshield is great!
It was getting difficult to drive in the rain with the old windshield. It was so worn and causing outside fogging impacting visibility. It was cracked, but that wasn’t causing the visibility issues.
